Ana Rua

Ana Rua joined Digicel Group as Group Chief External Affairs and Communications Officer in June 2025. She brings with her more than a decade of experience in communications, public affairs and external relations, and has worked closely with government leaders, including the Governor of New York. She has also built a strong track record navigating legislative environments, cultivating media relationships and leading crisis communications.

Most recently, she served as Director of External Affairs at Crown Castle, where she led policy and advocacy initiatives across New York and New England, building teams that developed and executed comprehensive strategies in lobbying, public relations, CSR, public affairs, branding and strategic communications. In that role, she successfully secured over $400 million in strategic savings and managed high-level industry partnerships.

Ana holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations. She is based in Kingston, Jamaica.
