Liam Donnelly

Liam Donnelly is Chief Business Officer for Digicel Group, leading the company’s enterprise and B2B strategy across the Caribbean and Central America.

Responsible for one of the region’s largest ICT and managed services portfolios, Liam oversees Digicel Business across cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, data, wholesale, digital infrastructure and emerging technology solutions. Under his leadership, the business is accelerating its position as a strategic technology partner to governments, multinational corporations and enterprises navigating rapid digital transformation.

 Known for combining commercial instinct with operational intensity, Liam has built a reputation for scaling high-performing teams, driving growth in complex markets and modernising enterprise businesses for the next era of digital demand. He is regarded as one of the emerging commercial leaders in the Caribbean technology sector, bringing a modern, execution-focused approach to enterprise growth.

 Prior to his current role, Liam served as CEO of Digicel Bermuda and previously held senior leadership positions across Digicel Business, including Chief Revenue Officer for Group Business Solutions and General Manager of Digicel Business Trinidad. Before joining Digicel, he held senior roles with BT, RTÉ and Eir Business in Ireland.

 Liam also serves on the board of Symptai Consulting, a leading Caribbean cybersecurity and compliance firm.

He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management and a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Management from Smurfit Business School.
