Richard Harris

Richard (“Rich”) Harris is Digicel’s Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Group Senior Leadership Team. With more than 25 years of international experience, Rich has served as a senior legal leader across the satellite, telecommunications, and aerospace industries. Before joining Digicel, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Boom Supersonic, the Denver-based aerospace company pioneering the return of commercial supersonic flight. He previously held leadership roles as Group General Counsel at Inmarsat plc in London, where he also oversaw corporate M&A, and as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Stratos Global Corporation and Segovia, Inc.

Rich earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School.
