Terry Arnold

Terry Arnold joins Digicel as Chief People Officer with a distinguished career leading human capital strategy at some of the world’s largest companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the $26 billion beverage alcohol distributor with a 25,000-strong workforce. He previously held senior roles at CD&R portfolio companies, where he oversaw global teams of more than 15,000 employees and supported businesses generating over $20 billion in revenues.

Terry spent 14 years at General Electric in both business and HR leadership roles, supporting 35,000 employees worldwide while earning certification as a Six Sigma black belt.

A former U.S. Army Captain and Army Ranger, he combines operational sharpness with a people-first approach to leadership.

He holds BS and MS degrees from Florida A&M and Troy University, as well as executive education from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and Harvard Business School.

Terry also serves on national boards, is active in community service, and is a lifelong advocate for advancing talent and opportunity.
